It acts more like a diet pill to me, when I take them I don't be wanting to eat.

This supplement really has it all and is totally comprehensive with Vitamin's A,C, D3, B6 plus Biotin, Zinc, Collagen, Hyaluronic Acid, etc. I like that they are easier to swallow capsules, but wish it could be all in one capsule instead of two per day, not only for cost consideration, but for the simple fact that I don't love swallowing a lot of pills. Also, I am glad this is made in the USA, but when I went to the company website that is listed on the bottom of the bottle to learn more, there is nothing there as of yet. I am assuming this is coming from a newer company, but I always feel a little better about anything I am going to ingest into my body knowing who is behind the product. It will take time to see if the product is really a difference maker, but based on the all star ingredient line up, I feel pretty confident that this will be very helpful for the health of the hair, skin and nails over time. Looking forward to learning more about the founders of this product and if I like what I discover, I might repurchase this down the road--only time will tell for sure and I will update this review if this somehow becomes a can't live without staple in my daily life!

This supplement contains all of the requisite ingredients for hair/skin/nails support. It is easy enough to swallow, although it is a larger capsule so be aware of that if you have issues swallowing large pills. It doesn't have any unpleasant aftertaste and seems to be helping with nail and hair growth.

I take 1 pill each time after breakfast and lunch with a full glass of water but the taste is a bit bland. In addition to taking this vitamin, I'd recommend keep a balanced diet and regular exercise as to promote healthy hair, skin and nails.

Biotin is great for my hair & nails. This formulation has a really high amount of biotin and combines it with collagen, iron, zinc, plus vitamin C, A & E.All around great addition to my supplements.

My wife swears by it as she was noticing clumps of hair after showering and nail splitting, which she now claims has decreased considerably. For me, I can't say either way, honestly, I can't tell.
