Awesome nutrition, very enjoyable taste and texture. Very convenient (pleasant to drink at room temperature, long shelf life). Reasonably priced compared to my other choices for a meal substitute. I’m vegan and the only non-Soylent nutrition drink I’ve tried in years, has been Owyn. Owyn is acceptable if I’m desperate, but it tastes like chemicals compared to Soylent - Soylent tastes lovely to me. I’d probably burn out on it fast if I drank one more than once a week. But having them that infrequently, I love them.

You have to keep in mind that this isn’t a milkshake or chocolate milk. It’s not going to taste like a treat. However, the taste is not at all unpleasant. The texture is thick and creamy. Compared to other protein drinks I’ve tried, this is by far the most satiating, well worth the extra 80 cal compared to other brands. 30 g of soy protein isolate is a highly digestible form of protein, and the small amounts of fat and fiber really help it fill you up. Great if you don’t have time/an appetite for a full meal

oh. my. god. i just had soylent for the first time and let me tell you, my life will never be the same again. it's like drinking the future, but the future is here NOW and it's in a bottle. who needs food when you have soylent?? i mean, who even has time to chew anymore?? not me!! the smooth texture, the subtle flavor, it’s like drinking a cloud made of pure efficiency. i chugged it down and instantly felt like i could run a marathon while coding a new app and solving world hunger at the same time. my brain was on fire, my body was a machine, i was unstoppable. who needs variety when you have perfection in a bottle?? breakfast, lunch, dinner, all taken care of in one fell swoop. it’s like the food gods descended from the heavens and bestowed upon us the ultimate sustenance. if you haven’t tried soylent, what are you even doing with your life?? step into the future, embrace the efficiency, become one with the soylent. trust me, you’ll never look at a sandwich the same way again.

I feel like my title might need some context- I have tried just about every dairy/gluten free meal replacement or protein shake product there is to try. This surpasses all of them! ( Now you can’t drink this and compare it to “regular” drinks on the market. ) For someone who can’t hardly have any protein drinks or meal replacement shakes because of my allergies.. I am so grateful I found these years ago. And I still buy them to this day lol. The taste is not chalky like most others, it’s thick also, almost like drinking… chocolate milk, kinda. The protein level is higher than most other soy products. I haven’t much looked at ingredients or sugar content, tbh. But, Overall, it’s worth every penny.

My husband and I have been having one of these a day for over a year now. I'm a vegetarian, and he rarely eats meat, so we were on the hunt for a surefire source of protein. We had tasted soylent before and liked it, but we stopped getting it due to the sugar content. When we stumbled upon this, we were thrilled for a low-sugar, high protein option. A lot of comments says the taste isn't as good and the thickness is weird... maybe I would have agreed when we first started taking it, but I adore it now. I don't want an overloaded sugary flavor. And the thickness is manageable if you shake it enough before drinking. It thickens when it sits. I think the cost is a fair concern and I would prefer it be a little more manageable. But we've been dealing with. If it goes up, we may re-evaluate.

Love soylent, but this isn't that great in my opinion. Most of the other popular protein drinks taste better and are thinner (a pro for me). This does have a bit of fiber if that's what you're looking for, but don't buy this thinking it will taste like the base soylent or their nootropic drink. Not as bad as some, but not nearly as good as others.

This protein shake has a really good taste, especially when chilled. Like a light smoothie, full of chocolate and protein! Did not feel any discomfort in my stomach nor was there a particular strong odor - just a very pleasant taste and full-filling feeling. Received 3 4-pack packages; wish for the cost, there was enough for a month, but from checking out most of the better protein shakes, this is how they come. Enjoy!

actually pretty good. they don’t have that weird chalky flavor most protein shakes have. it’s so easy to grab and go in the morning.
