A defective product was sent
The product does not turn on, does not charge, and does not respond. I connected all the connectors and the battery received power, but the product did not turn on.. The package was previously opened and sent patched with tape. How can you sell an unopened returned product on Amazon?

A nice electric scooter. Bought it to carry on a train and commute to work. Good speed, good battery, a bit on the heavy side though. Overall happy, although Ninebot competition offers same functionality for a better price.
