Functional, good quality.
Used on a Zero Turn riding mower. Lent itself for flexible adaptation to allow for installation on a needed but missing option.

Safe & Street Legal for a Great Price
Easy to install and came with all the hardware. I do recommend replacing the hardware with stainless steel as they are not treated and will rust. The fixed side has a flexible rubber collar that allows the receiver to stay in position but flex out of the way when you sit in the cart. The retract side works as it should. Buckle and clasp provide a positive click when coupled and the release button works with ease. I'm fairly large (6'5") and I have plenty of belt strap length to accommodate my size. If you're handy, this is the way to go to make your cart street legal.
