Very true to its claims. I wasn't disappointed with its potency at all! It works as an effective diuretic and a pain reliever at the same time. Since the supplement is affordably priced, I definitely see myself buying another bottle.

I can't tell if there are any changes in my kidney function with this product. It is primarily (30%) cranberry extract with some minor juniper berry elements but most of it I don't know us. I can't really recommend it because I can't tell if it's doing any good. I will drink cranberry juice I think.
