I really like this as a substitute for crushed red pepper flakes. It has lots of flavor without being too hot. I will be buying this again.

Milder than expected
Not very hot, with a slightly smoky flavor. It's my first time trying Aleppo pepper so I'm not sure if it's the brand or the pepper itself, but I prefer my normal pepper flakes.

Wasn't properly sealed.
Wasn't properly sealed, looked like a manufacturing defect for the "foil/plastic" sealing process. I didn't catch it until I opened it a week later when I also noticed mold inside as well. Had to throw it out. Pretty bummed.
