The product cap is not properly fitted.when I open it,the half of the liquid is not presence their and the cap also half close and the cap also not locking properly

It arrived open and half empty.

I have had this wrinkle on my forehead for a few years now and it is getting deeper as time goes on. I have been using this serum every night since I purchased it and have been using it for over a week now. My wrinkles have become much lighter. I always thought the "anti-ageing" stuff was a myth, but this does work. I highly recommend this product.
