There is no clear instruction from the product and you cant reach the seller. There is also no way to return the product. Waste of money. Learn from me. Your welcome.

We are bike savvy people and have taken 4 hrs so far trying to put this together and its still not done. The bolts were throughout the box, the instructions don't match the bike so we looked it up online and it still doesn't show what you need. The bike looks great but we need it for out special needs son and he will have to wait because we can't get the gear together properly as it is hitting the bar. We now are calling our local bike shop to help.

Tools that come with it are junk! If you purchase this I suggest you get a metric socket set and metric wrenches ! And lastly lots of patience!!!!!!

Ain't bad for the price

Would be a five if I could get the back fenders on! Bar won’t attach to be able to use them....I’ve watched all the how to’s but product is not lining up properly....

This delivery did not have all the bike parts or tools. The bike was also not stable.

My boss bought 3 of these and 1 of them, the chain broke within 1 day of riding. The seat broke in a way shown in picture, it permanently feels like the front of it is against your crotch, which hurts allot while riding. I'll probably have to buy myself a personal new seat for myself. I'll update and we find problems.The chain on one of them makes constant nose as you pedal. I'm worried the 2nd will have a faulty chain too.

There was no instructions had to buy parts, and a chain does not pedal. This was a Christmas present for my grandson, and I will never order again.
