Q: 1. How are VKTRY Insoles customized for each athlete?

VKTRY Insoles are designed to be highly personalized based on age, body weight, and sport. Gold VKs come in 5 levels of flexibility because a bigger athlete needs more spring action than a smaller athlete

Q: 2. Do I need to remove the insoles that came with my shoes?

Yes, to have the space needed for the VKs and your feet to fit comfortably inside your shoes, we recommend you remove the factory insoles from the shoes.

Q: 3. Is there a break-in period to adjust to the insoles?

Yes, 3 - 5 light 30-minute training sessions on or off the court are recommended until there's no discomfort and you get used to the insoles. See our insert in the box for full break-in instructions

Q: 4. If I am on the border of a weight level, should I go up or down?

We usually recommend going down. Weight level is a big factor in determining baseplate flexibility. While a higher Pro Level may provide more spring, it’s important that you are able to comfortably flex your feet for the insoles to be effective.

Q: 5. Am I supposed to trim the insoles to get them to fit in the shoes?

No, please do NOT attempt to trim the VKTRY Insoles. Carbon fiber is not meant to be trimmed. Our products are designed to fit by shoe size with no alterations.

Vktry insoles

As an athlete this is the best investment I've made. The insoles are super comfortable and make any type of shoe fell locked onto your foot. They make me feel extremely explosive and balanced when running. Running is also x10 more effortless.
