Ratings for this flask would be much higher if everyone got the product as described. So let's be clear - it is supposed to be a beautiful straight cylinder with a hands-friendly powder-coat finish outside and a flawless stainless steel interior. A small mesh strainer fits down into the mouth of the flask, just under the space occupied by the inside of the lid. The lid absolutely must have an LED thermometer display covered by a glass screen. If yours doesn't come with these things, send it back immediately.The insulation is outstanding. Your hot beverage will stay hot for many hours. In fact, it keeps mine so hot that unless I'm travelling with it, I will leave the lid off; otherwise I have to wait too long for it to cool to a safe temperature for my mouth. I burn my tongue and lips when I keep it closed and come back a couple hours later to find it is somehow still scalding hot. I suppose I should read the temperature before I open it. LOLAs for the thermometer, yes, it's pretty damn cool and looks sexy, but do you really need a thermometer to tell you how hot or cold your drink is before you sip? If anything, it will spare you the trouble of opening the lid if the beverage is not currently at the desired temperature. Enjoy that classy feature while you can because there is no way to reach or replace the battery inside the lid. Sooner or later, hopefully up to 3 years later, the battery will burn out and your screen will go dark; show's over, folks. Buy a new flask if you want to show off again. The temperature displays when you touch the screen, and it will light up at odd moments when you don't need it just by handling the flask. The screen on mine now has some superficial scuffing and one small chip in the glass from twice tumbling down a set of concrete steps. Both times I thought it was doomed. A couple cells of the LED display appear dim at times, which I didn't notice before the first time I dropped it; the fall may have damaged more than the glass screen, but no big deal, the thing still works. Definitely durable.The accuracy of the thermometer very much depends upon the liquid inside making full contact with the inside of the lid for at least a few seconds. For this, you would need to hold the flask upside down with the lid securely closed. For the most part, it does not leak when you do this but if the liquid is very hot, pressure may build and cause some leakage. When you return the flask to its upright position the temperature reading will be accurate.Some may question the utility of the mesh strainer. Even if you're not straining anything, it slows down the outflow of liquid a bit, making it easier to sip, especially if the contents are hot. It keeps my tea bags away from my lips and would do the same for ice cubes if you use the flask for iced drinks.I've been using this flask every day since I bought it 3 months ago. Very happy with it and would buy another if it were offered in more colors.

Very light and durable thermos with a very good quality top which indicates the temperature of the fluid inside I have had no problem with it leaking at all with hot or cold fluid good quality!💪🏽🙏

This worked for the first few days. The temp would display periodically, even though it was empty and no one touched it. This morning, the cap, sitting on my counter, said it was 133 degrees. It's now empty and it displays a temp of 207 degrees - that's if it will display at all. To make matters worse, it doesn't keep the coffee warm. I would return it but I threw away the box and driving to the PO to return would waste more time and gas that this is worth. Really unhappy.

This paracity branded coffee thermos comes with a few special extras.Vacuum insulated, check that off, it’s something you expect on a coffee thermos nowadays. Has a relaxing dark teal blue color, which is smooth to the touch. The first ‘extra’ is the temp display that shows on the top cap when touched. A nice touch to see visually how hot your beverage is, instead of doing a pour test. Another major value point is the filter for loose leaf tea, a lot of thermos’s don't have this so its a nice touch. Cons: Battery inside the top cap doesnt seem to be easily replaceable, expected some part would unscrew to expose the battery etc.

Update* kept refilling with boiled water every 6 hours so the after taste would go away and it actually went awayKept hot water and it smells and tastes horrible

It's very nice to have something to keep your tea or coffee hot.

The bottle is beautiful and very impressive, my bf took it took work and the guys were saying how nice it was, by the next Wednesday 2/21/24, the digital control on top stopped working. Directions say not to emerge it in water so we just gave the top a rinse with a drop of soap two times. If that would be a feature you like or desire, do not choose this one; from my experience
