I was very surprised how this tasted , it's absolutely delicious and so chocolatey

My daughter loved this chocolate spread having recently been found to have a nut allergy. Unfortunately the price on here is way too much and I have since found it in the supermarket for £2.50.

I'm writing this particularly for any of you who were brought up in the 70s and have fond, if fading, memories of Fry's Chocolate Spread. I have been engaged in a lifelong search to find a suitable replacement. Whole Earth and Waitrose had passable products at one time or another but sadly these too have disappeared from the shelves. So, I am delighted to announce that this chocolate spread is very, very good indeed. The Amazon Prime price is a bit of a shocker so it might be sensible to cast one's net a bit wider to source it but other than that, this is a decent modern replacement.

Great product, very chocolatey but not too sweet. It has become a firm favourite but I was shocked to find it is almost double the price of other places that sell it. I will not be buying it from here anymore.

This is by far the best chocolate spread I've tasted. It doesn't have any other ingredients, meaning hazelnuts or any other nuts. It is very close to a chocolate spread that I used to buy at Waitrose but no longer available there, at least not in my local branch. It is perfectly sweet and chocolaty. As it is stored in the fridge, it's best to bring out a few minutes prior to use so its easier to spread. Absolutely heavenly with cherry jam as it then tastes like Black Forest Gateaux.

Es kam später als es hätte ankommen sollen (angegeben war es sei angekommen, kam aber viel später... aber es kam an)Beim Testen war ich erst sehr verunsichert. Der nussig Geschmack wie man ihn von vielen Cremes kennt, war vorhanden ich habe 10mal nachgelesen ehe unser haselnussallergiker testen durfte.Es kam sehr gut an. Das Warten hat sich gelohnt produkt hat 5 Sterne verdient (die lange Wartezeit mit falschen Angaben der Ankunft zieht ergab einen Stern abzug.)
