I don’t often review any products on here as they tend to be as expected or mediocre, but this worked so well that I felt I probably should add my two pence.My ear has been clogged for almost a week, with only around 10-20% hearing and constant ringing. I’ve been using drops as prescribed, and tried a manual syringe with little success. I thought I’d give this a go, expecting to probably end up sending it back and coughing you for a wax removal service for almost double the price of this device for a one-off. This is probably why I was so pleasantly surprised!It seems I may have got a more recent version as this included multi-lingual instructions as opposed to some reviews, a temperature gauge sticker, and clear labels + instructions for everything.Operation is very simple (and surprisingly tidy), and although this is a first for me it felt plenty strong enough - I went through the levels from soft to pulse, by which point it felt like the pressure was decent. When I tilted my head to see what had happened I found that my ear was already clearer, and with the help of the extra tools I cleared out the rest of the wax. The accessories provided seem just right as a system for the job.Using the drops for almost a week probably made a big difference, but I would 100% recommend this as an effective solution. On to the other ear now…

Bought this as I was battling with an badly blocked ear and needed something in addition to drops prescribed. Found it extremely easy to use, and the stick on thermometer was great for knowing exactly what the correct heat was. I used the strong setting and did not find that uncomfortable in any way. In fact, it was rather soothing. The ear cup sits brilliantly over the ear so no water went running down my neck. It is really easy to clean, and even after the blockage has gone I continue to use once a week to give my ears a good, refreshing clean out.It also came with a squeezy type bottle which worked well as a syringing tool for the blockage.10 out of 10 for this. Well worth the price.

I have trouble with build up of ear wax and when this happens I go to get them sucked out.But on this occasion my ear decides to block the day before christmas eve, which means I have no chance of having it sorted until the new year.So I decided to see what amazon had and noticed this product, I didn't really read the reviews as I was desperate to get something before Christmas, I didn't want to be half deaf!Honestly, the best decision I ever made!Super easy, clean and cleared them fully out, all I would recommend doing is using Earol before hand, just makes it a quicker process!.

This looked the business when I took it out of the box and set it up. It really does look quality. I was so excited to get my hearing back after using drops for weeks .How this has so many great reviews I will never know. The water going into your ear couldn't blow the skin off a rice pudding! If you have ever had your ears syringed properly at the doctors, you would know that this machine is only about 10% of the power needed to clean out any wax from blocked ears , even on full power. In fact , tilting your ear towards the shower head is more useful.Overall, a total waste of money.I returned it.I have to give it one star , but I wouldn't even give it that.

was hoping that it would shift as yet undiscovered heaps of ear wax to suddenly improve my hearing, did clean my ears but likely my hearing loss is age related not was blockage/build up related. still works well, even used it on the dog!

I’ve used this 3 times now , and nothing absolutely nothing in water tank showing anything coming out of ears . 3 of us use this, our ears feel clean but after a shower my ears feel clean ! I’m really not sure it’s having the desired effect of clearing wax . I do suffer with wax build up tbh after using oil drops the wax came out. Now using this nothing comes out . I think I may have wasted my money 🥴

I bought this because I'm sick of being deaf! I thought why pay for it to be done, when I can buy this and keep forever. Just used it today and oh my gosh I can hear!!!! One ear was a tad uncomfortable to do, but I then actually felt the dizziness pop, as a big clump of black wax came out. I did about 3 goes on each ear and now I can hear my teenager when he's whispering on his phone! Definitely a great buy!
