Just wanted to post to reply to all negative reviewers.This is really an amazing chair. Completely loved it. It has all the features that I wanted in a chair and also comfortable at the same time with best ergonomics at this rate. You can't find a better chair than this one. even if you increase the budget by 2-3k. Other products will just increase the number of features but if you're looking for comfort and features at this budget, then you don't have to look anymore just buy this amazing chair. It has already been more than 3 months and no issues with the chair even getting more and more comfortable by the day.

This is very good chair and good in quality with this pricing. Well designed and Easy installation.I liked this chair very much. well packed as well and on time delivery. Its comes with 3 years on-site warranty which is giving more comfort. Thanks Vergo.

The chair is not good quality and arm rest is plastic and its way too uncomfortable , The sitting space cushion is not cushiony ,I would suggest add some money and go for higher price range chairs instead buying these kinda below average uncomfortable chairs.

The media could not be loaded. Hi friends, I am very satisfied with this perfect chair. I have been using Green soul chair from quite a long time and I’m really amazed about the price and the size and the feel of this chair. This is the best product you can get in this price.If you are little overweight, and if you want a durable chair, which have study build and check all the comfort points and the posture as well, good posture, this is the best chair go for it without any doubt.

It’s good for an office or a something else but for a gamer like me its the worst nightmare!..

Had few thoughts before buying, saw the reviews, went for it and i personally felt if you like to buy some premium quality chairs which are comfortable and provides warranty, choose vergo, can't go wrong, thank you vergo for this beautiful chair

The chair is OK for the price. I wish it had better support for upper back/shoulders. The product packaging was not good. The thin cello tape was barely holding the package together. The cello tape at the bottom of the package was worn out and had a hole in the middle. The Allen key was missing. Also the seat had holes on the underside. I opted to return the chair. The customer service form Vergo contacted me the next day. They were very understanding and offered to replace the seat after I sent them the photos of the damaged area. They also sent me the 3 year warranty document by email. I received the new seat and Allen key a few days later.It is not easy to attach the seat to the frame as the screw holes in the seat are not in the correct place. It took us two people and lot of effort to attach the seat. IMO the design of the chair needs to be modified to take into account the ease of assembly. The seat can be attached easily if the back of the chair is detached form the arm rests. But detaching the back from the arm rests is not easy as the screws are in a hard to reach area as shown in the pictures.
