I have a couple of 'smart' toothbrushes (?teeth brushes?) that connect via Bluetooth and give info on your brushing technique. But that's about all they do.This product does a lot more. It shows areas that you are missing and, if desired, it will extend the brushing time to allow you to go back to those areas.The App, which people have said isn't very good, works perfectly for me. I assumed it would register the point at which you started brushing but it doesn't (unless I'm doing something wrong), it just transfers the data from the brush to the app when you have finished, but that's no problem.It also monitors your toothbrush head, letting you know when to change it.The display on the brush could be a bit brighter but it's perfectly readable. Selecting a program is very easy by swiping, or you can let the brush choose the best program for you based on either time of day or the info you provide on the condition and colour of your teeth.In the pack you get a little stand for charging the brush, which also doubles as a magnetic holder. I dont see how that's supposed to work as there is a sticky pad to put it on the wall to hold it, but to charge you have to stand the brush up?! Fortunately it also comes with a charging case which is much easier to use.The brush feels very strong in operation and my teeth feel very clean afterwards. I usually use the round brush heads but I think I get a much better result with this one. You get four brush heads included and they are available on Amazon.A very posh toothbrush with lots of functions that will take me a while to learn how to use properly. Nice design, I liked the travel case but unfortunately the handle itself came faulty and didn't want to charge. For this reason, I lost trust in the product.Had also flosser from same brand and it was disappointing.

This claims to keep track of the areas of your mouth that have been brushed. I'm not really sure why you would need this, but it does not seem to work at all, with seemingly arbitrary areas marked as unbrushed. Perhaps they need instructions on the "correct" way to brush for this tracking to work.Anyway, otherwise it seems like a decent brush.

The brush itself is premium, weighty and looks fantastic, almost too good to use! It will surely last a lot longer than plastic models. There are four brush heads in total, two for plaque care and two sensitive heads, as well as a charger that doubles as a wall mount, and a beautiful rechargeable travel case, all of which are exceptional quality.The app was easy to download and pair with the toothbrush, and visualises the eight areas of the mouth to clean, which not only ensures a deeper clean than the average toothbrush, but also makes teeth cleaning more enjoyable as it gives you feedback regarding how thoroughly you’ve cleaned your teeth! There are various modes of cleaning you can use or adapt one to suit your own dental needs.This really is a smart toothbrush and incredibly well made. I would recommend the Oclean X Pro Digital S for a gift, either for yourself or a loved one who cares about their dental health!
