Love the product but it buzzes really loud for some reason taken picture but don't seem to save

Faulty product from the start, received the transformer and was advised that the doorbell must be fully charged before use I did this on numerous occassions and the doorbell kept dying rather fast instead of holding it on a low power state the battery drained normally, and today my Eufy doorbell stopped working as long as the transformer cables were connected to the doorbell wiring. Once these were removed the doorbell worked fine unrealiable product do not purchase!
