These taste really nice as far as electrolytes taste. They fizz up very well and easy to use - just pop them in a glass of water and they take less than a minute to dissolve. Great for when you're feeling poorly and need some fluids.

Amazing rehydration drink. Bought for hot humid holiday abroad to rehydrate me. Really helped, lovely flavour (citrus) no aftertaste, I dissolved half a tablet in a glass of cold water twice in the morning and sometimes throughout the day. Would recommend.
