I use this very often! Helps alot without alot of discomfort.

Very effective. I take it at night before I go to bed and it does the trick the next day.

UPDATE: I really don’t trust the authenticity of this product anymore. It’s made me dizzy and have vertigo after taking with water, it’s not as effective as the one’s I’ve used before and the price keeps going up. Buyer be aware.I use to drink the tea and it taste horrible, so when I saw the capsules I was so pleased. I purchase these regularly(no pun intended) lol, and when I need them I need them. Shipping was slow because it said it would be here Friday and it arrived late, I was disappointed. They work good but I have to take at least 3 capsules for them to work, so I don’t know if the value for the money is there or not. I would recommend this product

Sweet mother of Moses, this stuff works.I recently got ankle surgery and have been on some heavy pain meds for few days that come with a side of "consti." My doctor recommended picking up some Smooth Move, just in case the pipes got clogged down low. On a normal day, I am probably the most regular person in the world. I can easily take 5 poops in a day if someone asked me to, but the pain meds were certainly doing a number on my production of #2's. It's unheard of for me to go more than a day without pooping and it had been about 1.5 days.Just to make sure things were working, I popped four of these yesterday (2-4 is recommended) and oh man, the dinosaur poops have begun this morning. The good part is that the flood gates have opened in a reasonable manner. Instead of feeling like every sneeze or cough is putting me at risk of disaster, it's been a reasonable transition towards "This time has come..." instead of "CLEAR THE RUNWAY!! IT'S GOING DOWN!!!"Because these are in pill form, I thought they were a lot easier to take than the Smooth Move tea. It took about 12-24 hour to really kick in, but it definitely kicked in. If your pipes are a little clogged up, give the guys at Smooth Move a call. They'll get you throwing dirt in about a day or so.

Without going into any detail, just know NOTHING I have tried in the past has worked...but taking two of these worked (maybe too well for most people with normal GI systems). Definitely recommend these!

I've tried a number of supplements to assist with constipation including psyllium husk products but none of them work as effectively as Smooth Move. I started with the tea flavored with chocolate but then discovered it is available in a capsule form. I immediately switched because I'm not a big fan of tea in general. That said, I don't like tea and I still drank the tea version because it worked.With the capsules, I take about 3 when the need arises. For me, it takes about 6-8 hours for it to kick in. Some reviews say to stay close to the bathroom or to prepare to RUN to the bathroom. That has not been my experience but that said, I won't take it if I know that I'm going to be out and about without easy access to a restroom. When trying it for the first time, use it as directed by taking it in the evening. See how your body reacts to it and adjust accordingly.Also, I have not taken this more than a couple of days in a row. When I do, I tend to be on the other end of the spectrum.
