What I received are softgels which are filled with liquid omega. The description states this to be capsules filled with a powder/granular omega product. So buyer beware. This is not returnable.

Very satisfied with this supplement. I often have a fishy regurgitation with other fish oil supplements but not with this one.It has a high concentration of EPA and DHA and probably the lack of fishy regurgitation is due to the moleculary distallation proces used in the production of this supplement.

Ive just bought this tablets for my mum as she must take every day Omega3. She loved them from day no1 as she said its easy to take them and she feels like there are more stronger. Its too early to expect any benefits but i belive she will keep take them for next few months to get all those benefits. Worth it the prince and highly recommended
