good cover
I like this because it will stop some people from accidentally turning of the outdoor security lights. I like the fact that it is clear and I can see the position of the switch. Very easy to install and operate.

Buy It!!!
Please excuse the pictures with food all over the light switch. I have two toddlers on the spectrum and my youngest loves to play with the light switches. He can no longer get to the switch to flick it on and off while I'm cooking. It was extremely easy to install and it comes with longer screws for the switch plate. It's easy for an adult to open and very sturdy!

Works for me
I thought my ceiling fan was toast. A day later, I found I had accidentally turned off the switch. This works great. I guess I can only say is the material it is made of.It is a hard type of hard plastic & if you hit it or maybe for some other reason, it is the type that cracks & breaks off very easy. However, I live in an older home & although not the right color, it comes with 2 white longer screws. As they say, just install with gently tighten the screws.I first made it hand tight using a screwdriver & checked for wiggle then when turned the screw a little at a time for a nice fit.If you don't try this way, over tightening will cause the screw holes to crack which will decrease the durability. Not that it matters, delivered by Amazon & the wind blew it off the porch. Delivery no commonsense.

Enter the Wall Switch Guard from ILIVABLE—the Chuck Norris of child-proofing. Installing this bad boy was so easy; I felt like I deserved a participation trophy just for picking up a screwdriver. Even if your DIY skills are on par with a mildly talented hamster, you'll triumph over toddler curiosity in no time. It's like Fort Knox for light switches. Curious toddlers stand no chance against the impenetrable force field of the Wall Switch Guard. I half expected it to come with a tiny "Keep Out" sign for added emphasis. Little hands may try, but this guard laughs in the face of their attempts, keeping your switches safe from tiny fingers with the determination of a squirrel guarding its nuts. The clear design is the chameleon of home decor. It blends in so seamlessly; I almost forgot it wasn't part of the original switchplate. It's like the invisible superhero of child-proofing, silently standing guard without disrupting your stylish interior. I considered getting one for every light switch just for the sheer aesthetic joy.In conclusion, the ILIVABLE Wall Switch Guard is the guardian angel your light switches never knew they needed. Easy installation, toddler-proof features, and a clear design make it the MVP of child-proofing gadgets. Say goodbye to sticky fingers messing with your switches and hello to a home where even the tiniest troublemakers can't break through the invisible fortress of safety. The Wall Switch Guard: because parenting should come with fewer "uh-oh" moments and more victorious chuckles.

Great idea
I have a problem with people flipping switches in my home (trying to turn on lights?) and then not returning the switch to the original position. I have several ceiling fans that operate with a remote control and it is frustrating to have to get out of bed to turn the switch back on. OR they turn ON the attic or garage or outside lights and leave them on (and I don't know they are on). So, now I have these caps on the switches so they can't mess with the lights. This is a great invention.
