i previously criticized this product and complained about customer service. I happily want to retract my complaint and sing high praises for their customer service.My phone would not stay afixed to the phone holder extending from windshield. I was told no refund and promtly registered my negative feedback.I was contacted by CS, eager to help resolve problem, and received a replacments to address my problem.I was most impressed with the continued communication between myself and VanMasse CSR. She sent replacments and followed up to find out if they worked and if not was willing to issue refund.I did not want a refund becuase the phone holder was holding on the windshield and I was satisfied with quality completely but the discovery was that I needed to put the magnet on the back of my Iphone 14 and not on the case. Also, the magnetic holder on original was scrached and I beleive that was interferring with the magnetism.I would recomment his product 100%. They kept their word stood behind product. I am sold.

Only used one so far, but it stuck to my device and is holding it to the mount perfectly. Much better than the ring that came with the mount. Good price for 5 of em. I’d say buy it!

the magnet is strong, it works great, assembly is easy, now i can use my portable charger without it falling off

These magsafe rings work well and haven't come apart after installation, even in some very warm weather. My phone attaches securely and it seems good quality

Perfect for anyone that wants to save the money on buying a fancy case. I bought myself a wireless charging stand for a my iPhone then realized I had no way for my phone to stay there. So it’s perfect. I attached it the back of my otter box case and my phone charges perfectly every time! Plus I have an extra and was about to gift one to a friend!

These magnets are nowhere near strong enough. I have a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, and the phones own weight will make it slide right off. I also tried using it with an Ekster Cardholder Pro Wallet, and the wallet's weight, although slim and lightweight, is too heavy for the magnets, and the Wallet will slide right off of the back of the phone. I found these to be totally useless for either purpose. It's only good enough if all your doing is using it for is wireless charging on a flat horizontal wireless charger. I'm going to demand a refund.

Really have to pry hard to get my phone off the magnetic charger, which you'd think would be nice but it's really not great. I've ripped the mount off the dash a few times now.This next issue might be because I have a razr 2024 and the back isn't a hard surface, but after a few weeks the glue isn't stronger than the magnetic pull, such that I went to get my phone off the mount and the ring stayed behind. Again, might be because of my phone surface but still disappointing
