Finally found a Ninja Dual Zone recipe book for British chefs！Received a Ninja Dual Zone airfryer. I had an earlier version of the ninja air foodie cooker, but this Ninja Dual Zone airfryer is unlike anything I’ve ever used. Manufacturer's booklets packed with the device were mostly useless. Bought several books for this cooker. This one was the best.Not sure what the negative reviews are about because I have not had a negative experience with a recipe in the book yet. Someone had said there were not enough pictures- I totally disagree- there is soooo much detail with each recipie that the person cooking does not really need a picture. Last time i checked my food never looks quite like the professional pictures that make it into the cookbooks.At to begin with, I was exceptionally cynic of utilizing Ninja Dual Zone air fryer. It as it were got to be conceivable with the assistance of this cookbook. This gives me with much-needed bolster that will offer assistance me overcome my questions over Ninja Dual Zone air fryers. I have been blown away by the recipes in this book! The Ninja Dual Zone air fryer is such a fantastic appliance, and this cookbook really shows off what it can do. It is for UK chefs! The pictures of the recipes are absolutely mouth-watering, and having a cooking timetable and ingredients-alphabet recipe index in the back of the book is such a helpful addition for meal planning and organization.The first recipe I tried: FISH PIE. It has quickly became a family favorite, and it's easy enough my 13-year-old son has made it without my assistance - twice! The other recipes are equally as easy. Though - some recipes have a harder time getting ingredients, and some recipes have quite the list on them and call for several steps - but if my kid can tackle them and not get burnt out or frustrated, I think an adult will do just fine.A few recommendations:- Anytime a recipe calls for shredding cooked meat by hand, just plop it in a mixing bowl with a little liquid from the crockpot, pull out a hand mixer, and rip it through.- Chicken breast is easier to shred than chicken thighs, shreds finer and with fewer to no clumps, and soaks up surrounding flavors beautifully. I recommend substituting chicken breast any time a recipe in the book calls for chicken thighs.- Don't be afraid to ballpark estimate. We found out that many recipes have a flexible leeway - if you can't find the can size you need, going a for a little more than a recipe calls for doesn't hurt it. Exactly measuring everything is a chore and leaves you with a lot of small measures of ingredients. It's best to not sweat it and just dump the closest volume cans in.

Overall book really good just a shame pictures weren't in colour would of bin so much better

This is a recipe book for British chefs. The appendixes included in this cookbook are a real lifesaver! The cooking timetable and ingredients-alphabet recipe index make meal planning and finding recipes so much easier. And the color printing of the book really makes the pictures of the recipes pop and look absolutely delicious.I highly recommend this book, as it has a great variety of recipes. When I first started using Ninja Dual Zone air fryer, I was disappointed with my previous cookbook, which lacked variety and only provided cooking times without other necessary instructions.I was afraid to use my Ninja Dual Zone at first but this book has so many good tips on how to use my new Ninja Dual Zone and I now feel more confident in using my machine. There are so many amazing recipes you can make in the Ninja. I especially like the handy cooking time charts included in this book. This book is full of great recipes, I have made quite a few, and they all turned out wonderfully. I have a bunch more that I plan on trying as well. There is a great variety too, something for everyone. My husband is a vegetarian and there are recipes for him too! I have purchased a lot of cookbooks online and I can say that for now, this one is the best! A very well-detailed cookbook. A lot of very complete information. The author is completely knowledgeable and thorough with the subject. The author did a lot of research and experimentation and kept good notes! Highly recommended.
