**Q: Does this dispense hot and cold water when connected? The picture makes it appear as though it only has a single (cold) intake? Thanks**
A: It only dispenses one tempeture according with the pipe you plug it. Which usually 99% for all of us its the cold water.

**Q: What is the height of the spout from the work surface?**
A: It is 29cm from worktop to apex of the curve and 18cm from the spout to worktop. It is an excellent product.

**Q: Does this system cool the water or it only filters?**
A: Only filters the water

**Q: Please can you tell me the diameter of the tap on the base of the worktop?  I need to know whether the tap will fit an existing hole in the worktop**
A: On the surface it's about 43mm dia with the base plate, but you only need to drill a 12mm hole through the counter top. You could leave the base plate off, and it'd be about 29 to 30 mm dia...hope this helps...can't add photos for some reason..🤷
