ACEBELL WiFi Wireless Video Door Phone, 1080P Doorbell Camera with Monitor, Video Intercom System with 7'' Touch Screen Monitor, Motion Detection, No Monthly Fee, Remote Unlock Via Tuya APP

Works well, both day and night. The screen gives a good image (I went for the 8”) though the battery in the screen could have larger capacity - it’s best to keep it connected to a usb power source.I haven’t bothered setting it up to access my hub as it doesn’t need it - which is one of the main reasons I chose this one over others that only connect via mobiles or tablets.Setting up the device is very easy, but 2 things to be aware of…1. Security. There’s a small screw in the left side (viewed from front) that secures both the doorbell and battery to its housing (housing is screwed to door/frame/wall). Without this screw in place both are easily detached by anyone (!). To prevent others from undoing this screw the doorbell needs to be placed beside a projecting surface - wall or doorframe or wooden block. In my case the left side of the door is close to a corner and I fixed the doorbell on the left side of the door with a wall projecting at 90° to it, which stops access with a screwdriver. The screw can then only be removed when the door is open. It would be a better design if the doorbell had a screw on each side so it can be positioned on the left or right, depending on how the door opens and the wall/frame design.2. Detection. Initially I thought the infrared detection wasn’t working, but later found there is an ‘on/off’ setting and it was set to ‘off’. Once switched to ‘on’ it works very well. At night the doorbell is not lit up until it senses someone approaching. It then lights up with a nice blue circle, which goes out soon after the person has left. This is just the way I would have designed it. Well done design team. The sensitivity of the detection is easily adjusted and affects the range that it detects. At medium setting it is about 3-4 metres. At the higher setting it was sometimes being triggered by folk walking on the pavement.Pleased I bought it.

This video doorbell intercom is absolutely brilliant. Set up within 10 minutes, simple and easy, excellent instructions and also a youtube video to assist with installation if needed - no pairing or apps needed. Came with a sticking pad so no need to screw into the wall. Video and audio quality excellent and it gets a signal in every room in the property. Having a display tablet is excellent, very stable and far superior to using an app on a phone which from experience is completely unreliable and inconsistent. This works using a non wifi signal and is far far superior. If give this product 10 stars it is that good.

I must say this company is very much one of the best. Their service and response to the minor issue I had with their excellent camera was just incredible. I give this company five stars and if I could would award them another five stars for the care and attention they gave me. Their 7inch wireless video door phone (HD 1080) works extremely well on my property giving me all the caller security I need. Nice clear screen and various adjustable ring tones settings - not to mention the quick and easy installation. So nice to buy a product that lives up to its advertised benefits. Well done to the company. Look forward to buying some of your other products.

When the box arrived with the Acebell kit, it was all packed in a very strong nicely designed box & the items inside were all in very neat protective wrapping & in perfect condition when I unpacked them. I had one question regarding a DC Power cable & I sent an email to Acebewll which I had a reply within 24 hours.The User Manual was excellent well illustrated & easy to follow. It did not take long to follow the instructions to fit the Doorbell, camera & battery to the outside of the house then connect the 7inch monitor & adaptor to the mains, setting the tv using the instructions to communicate with the camera & bell via wireless worked perfectly first time. The tv picture & reception are of very good quality as is the whole product. During the short time this has all taken I have emailed Acebell with questions & have always had a polite & helpful reply within 24 hours.

Great concept for elderly parents and no need to download apps or view on the phone. Purchased the 7 inch screen (black) and unfortunately the battery kept on failing out. The seller very helpful and after several email exchanges decided to opt for the larger 8 inch screen (white) with a spare battery. Mother has the ability to take the screen/tablet into the garden, no messy wires to deal with, simply plug and play. I have chosen not to use all the features as WIFI and door lock. Simply needed a device to the WIFI to identify who’s visiting and allowing my mother to answer the door. My only niggling comment the answer and decline button should not be within the darken box on the screen.

I don’t want battery use on this and was expecting a plug to go into rear of intercom to plug but no plug came and I can’t reach the company nor are Amazon helping. My electrician tells me there are wires from rear of unit but nothing to attach them to. All in all 199.00 wasted!I am told the plug I need cannot be bought here.It’s also not being used on WiFi.Having recently had a serious fall, I have no way of getting to my door before knowing who is there and at my age, now disabled I really need tech support. Sadly I can’t understand them.Anyone got any ideas?

The media could not be loaded. I want a wireless video intercom to put in the house that can be used directly, this is the one I was looking for. I’m a lazy guy and don’t want o move from the couch to see who’s calling and open the door since the screen can put on the table or somewhere easy to reach. Great photo and video quality as seen in the video uploaded. The touch screen works pretty well. Also I can see on my phone with Tuya app installed. Even when I’m away, it will let me know if something is happening near the door. Good products, works as described!

This system is really awesome! I was looking for a video intercom for my house that wouldn't be too complicated. The biggest advantage of the whole system compared with others is that it is quick to install. Connected it to my phone with Tuyasmart app, so when I'm gone it can let me know if something is happening and I can watch it on phone. What impress me most is that it has a wireless touch screen monitor for putting in home which is like a tablet. The doorbell camera has a great picture and great field of view. The quality is fair as per the price.

The media could not be loaded. It works well enough that cut me away from Monthly Subscription and extra dollars. Connected to my phone and I can see who is at my door from anywhere and anytime. And I can unlock my door on my phone or monitor. I think its APP is better than TUYA in user experience. Image and sound quality is clear and fluently. I've compared a lot of video door phones, this one is true wireless, easy to use, keeps me from complicated installation, and the touch screen monitor works like tablet. Highly recommend.

My bell suddenly stopped working and there is no help or technical support available to fix this issue. Very bad customer

I have had this product for about a week now. And as I viewed in my research before buying the doorbell camera/monitor, the installation of the product was so easy a five-year-old can get the product to work. I am totally amazed with the ability of the doorbell camera to automatically communicate with the 10-inch monitor, instantly detect movement at your door and send you an alert and display the event on your screen, the battery life of the wireless doorbell camera, how easily it records each event and lets you view it, and you do not have to connect it to WiFi in order for it to work, etc. To me, it is worth $1000.00, but I am glad that the provider sells it for way less than it is worth. Yes, yes, yes: I would recommend this to my family and friends.
