French ToastGirls' Adjustable Waist Pleated-Front Two-tab Scooter

I got my child the size 6 on going into 1st grade... She wore these skirts most days for 3 years!! Now i bought a size. 10 since she is 9yrs old and hopefully it lasts just as long! No ironing needed. The material is such good quality it lasted and still looks new! Other extra skirts i got for 3rd grade are so worn out that they cannot be given away because the material was so thin and they got ruined in one year. Anyway the material on this. French Toast one is so nice and it stays nice.Love the internal elastic so you can size it down and use longer with a shorter length. Also love the internal shorts that are included too.

I’ve been utilizing children’s place (CP) for my children’s school uniforms, until recently my youngest 2yr old started an academy and I couldn’t find not one skirt to fit. I ended up finding the CP brand online and purchased them( super cheap)! HOWEVER!!!!! You get what you pay for.. fast forward a month later and her skirts are faded, linty, shrinking tremendously, and god awful to iron without those iron prints. Because she has to wear uniform daily, I needed better quality and durability to the washes. So when these bad boys popped up across amazon, I made the switch and I’ll never go back! The style and material are durable, breathable for hot Florida weather, and more uniform style. The skirt doesn’t get wrinkled, and she comes home from being at school looking like she did when she left. No faded look after washing, no wrinkles, minimal ironing needed, and they even come with a cute buckle style to the side. These fit right at knee level, and since it’s a skort, they have nice discreet shorts underneath. My daughter is tall, wears a 3T now and I bought these in 4T. My choice to size up, since I read it comes with an adjustable band. The band allows for you to size up and your child to grow into; super important and one reason I like CP. For the price and quality, these don’t break the bank over CP, these like a few bucks more (not even a big deal lol) and are really worth the bucks! Will definitely be buying again.Update: 1yr later and she can still wear the same purchased skorts! I just simply readjust the band as she has grown a bit taller but, still in excellent condition! Washes well (even in hard water Florida), no fading, no pilling, and still no wrinkles! A super awesome buy for me! These will be my uniform go to from now on..

This is a very fitting, flattering skirt that does not wrinkle very easily (it does if you accidentally leave it in the dryer all night) , which is highly important in a busy family of 5! It is also great because you do not have to purchase bloomers or shorts to go under which is a requirement at private schools. Highly recommend these skirts. They are also adjustable in the waist which is important for either slim or regular waists. My daughter is 7 and around 50 lbs. and wears a size 6 comfortably. She wore a size 6 in first grade when she was 6, with the waist tightened, and will wear again in 2nd grade with it regular, no tightening. Best skirt thus far!

At first, I ordered using the size chart provided on the listing. By that chart, my daughter is a 5/5T. When the scooters arrived, they were too small. I checked the size chart again, and had ordered the right size, so what happened? AH HA!!! The size chart with the item is a generic Amazon chart, NOT the size chart from French Toast. I exchanged them for size 6, and they fit perfectly! If you've got a standard-sized 5-year old, you need to order Size 6.

My 10 yr old daughter hates pants. Even though she's now homeschooled she practically lives in school uniform skirts with the built-in shorts. I got her this skirt in gray so she could use it as part of a Hogwarts uniform. She loves it so much I decided to get it in other colors. It washes well and looks great - no need to iron. I originally purchased a 12 because there are adjustable tabs and I wanted a longer length and to extend the wearing time. I've since purchased so 10s as well and the length is not much different but they do not require the waist to be adjusted into a gathered bunch in the back. She's a picky kid about textures of fabrics, seams, and such so the fact that she likes this skirt says a lot about its' thought out construction and quality. Also a great price.

This skort fit my daughter perfect. She’s 4’2” tall and about 62 lbs. I got her a size 7, which is what she normally wears. I did have to use the inside adjustable waist elastic to tighten it a bit, but it was no problem. The material is great. I left it in the washer over night and the wrinkles came right out when I laid it out flat to finish drying. I never put it in the dryer, so not sure if that would effect the fit/quality. I wish this same style/fit would come without the little buckles on the front because it ended up not being allowed for her school uniform. But she did wear it for summer camp during the summer. It was very durable.

I loved this skirt, possibly more than my daughter. we bought a few skirts with this similar design, but this one was my favorite. It lasted for two years before she grew out of it, and it was incredibly easy to get the near daily stains out of it. Why is it impossible for an 11 year old to wear a skirt for 7 hours and come home without any stains!?!? Seriously! I'm wondering if she even eats her lunch at school or if she just sets it in her lap then stands up and watches it slide down the fabric! All in all, I'll definitely be buying more of these for next year's uniform. They were a major staple in her wardrobe.

I was blown away by how cute and comfortable this skirt is! I bought it for my daughter's costume, but I will definitely incorporate it into her wardrobe. She's very tall for her age, so I was worried it would be too short. I was wrong, it hits at a very modest level, and she can wear it for a few more years! Don't hesitate, just but it 😃

Love how there is an adjustment option on waist. That is an awesome idea for sizes like this. Will buy again on a different color because my daughter love it a lot!

Excelente calidad, la talla es tal cual y adicional tiene en el interior un elástico para reducir el ancho de la cintura en caso de que quede grande.

Idéntica a la foto trae por dentro elástico con botones para ajustar perfecto a la medida de la cintura, lo compré por la noche y llego por la mañana envío rapidísimo!

Buying clothes on Amazon can be a bit hit and miss, but this was a great purchase. The skirt is lovely and fabric is of good quality.

This is a child's skirt. Bought it for my daughter who is 12 it came in a size 12. It is too oarhe for me!! So will now be trying to return it. Order at least a size 6 or a 4 I iwould think. It's that large
