Easy to swallow
It's vit c.....it dies what you ask it to. I haven't had a cold for years. No taste or smell. Good level of vit c and small enough to swallow easily.

I've bought these on a few occasions and always found them to be good quality. If I have a small gripe, these tablets are quite large and can sometimes be difficult to swallow without lots of water.

Good product but labeling could be clearer
These tablets are 500mg each not 1000mg as stated...it says per serving which is two tablets ..I find the way it's displayed on the bottle as deceiving I will now need to take two tablets a day instead of one so not the value for money that I thought
