I had a short at the bushing location from being tugged on one too many times. I opened the appliance, took pics for reference, disconnected all wires, cut cord 6" shorter, reattached all wires, added the bushing, closed-up appliance and voila! This heater was a gift many years ago, so pleased I could give it an even longer life. Review: just ok. - These are a lot cheaper than other strain relief pliers.
