Cheap but nice bow for beginners! Super easy to assemble with instruction videos

The Sanlida Noble Standard Beginner & Intermediate Recurve Bow and Arrows Kit for Adult and Youth was received due to my not having any bow experience and this was an inexpensive starter kit. The kit contained all of the basics I assumed I would need and I had to put it together myself. This is good in that I now know the names and locations of the parts, but bad in that I had problems getting the bow on correctly. We now know the basics of archery and will continue to learn, at which time we may buy an upgraded bow and arrow system. With the holidays coming up, if you know someone, or yourself, who is interested in learning archery, give this basic kit a first try.

I was pleasantly surprised when I opened this up and got to see everything. The handle of the bow is all wood and finished nice and smooth, feels good to the touch. It's a nice fat handle that really fills out the hand when you're shooting. I'm no professional,but used to own a bear recurve bow and did a lot of shooting for fun. It's been several years since I've shot, but this bow didn't disappoint. My old bear bow was a 50# draw, but I chose a draw weight on the high 30s this time so my wife can try it out. Pulls back nice and smoothly and shoots consistently. Good groups. The arrows it that come with it are unbranded, but they're perfect for target shooting. I used a dead tree as a backstop and these things held together, even when they went a couple inches into the thick bark and wood. The quiver is nice and sturdy, really can't complain. Its nylon, but it has some rigidity and holds the arrows perfectly. I'm really surprised and happy with what I received for the price tag. The bow is beautiful and it shoots (as far as I can remember) just as well as my old bear recurve. I've never used sights, but it comes with that too. Comes with everything you need to get started. Definitely recommend if you're looking to get into or back into shooting a recurve bow.

The bow & it's limbs are very nice as the the arrow holder but the other accessories are just "o.k." This is easily a very professional bow and the limbs are great as is the string and arrows and arrow tips but some of the other accessories are just "o.k." Overall a nice set especially considering the price. An overall veery nice set for beginners and young kids who just want to play every once in a while but has the potential for more if used by the right person. I am an older person with arthritis in my bow shoulder. This bow weights in at 3.5 lbs and is well balanced with not much weight. Well made, quiet and beautiful. I can shoot it all day long. I now own four of the 70 inch version. Love this bow!

A friend of mine talked me into buying a bow. I've never shot a bow before. I took this out of the box set it up and with 3 or 4 arrows I was putting them on a 2 inch circle at 10 yards consistently. Thanks nice bow.
