Amazing Digital Frame – Easy Setup and Perfect for Grandparents
I absolutely love this digital picture frame! The BIGASUO 10.1" WiFi Digital Picture Frame was incredibly easy to set up right out of the box. I purchased it for my grandparents, and it’s been a fantastic way for our entire family to stay connected. Everyone was able to send photos and videos directly to the frame from anywhere, making it super convenient to keep them updated with memories and moments. The touch screen is crisp and responsive, and the image quality on the IPS HD display is excellent. Features like auto-rotate, cloud sharing, and the built-in 32GB of storage really add to the value. It’s also nice that it’s wall-mountable, giving flexibility in where you display it.Most importantly, it's simple enough for my grandparents to use and even easier for them to enjoy. This frame has brought so many smiles, and I couldn’t recommend it more for anyone wanting to share photos effortlessly with loved ones.

These make the best gifts!
Not only do I love loading these up with photos and giving them away, I also love having them around the house. I've created about 400 slides of inspirational sayings that I never tire of reading, and I have them in the office, the kitchen. etc. I think I've bought about 7 in the past few years. And - I had a little wifi issue recently, and received the most phenomenal customer service from the seller. High marks!

Easy to use
Great product and easy to use. I bought three of these for older family members because we are having a baby soon. They were able to set it up, share the invite code, and start receiving pictures from my wife and I. Highly worth the purchase.

NIce, but could use some improvements
So, pretty much any time I've ever had to use one of these things, it's ALWAYS the same use case: I'm bringing a literal lifetime worth of paper photos to an elderly person now living in a senior living association with a very limited amount of wall space. As if the labor of scanning all such photos isn't enough, I don't have time to go through and rename every single scan so that the photo can have a meaningful display name. Which is super important in this case because eventually they forget what they're looking at, and at least the title enables someone else to tell them what it is. But there's literally thousands of photos, so they get what ever crazy file name the scanner gives it. And the time stamp of when the photo was scanned really isn't anything meaningful to the content of the photo either. If I'm lucky, maybe I'll find an expired reprint coupon in the envelope that tells me in what year the photos were originally printed, and then we have hundreds of photos in a folder named "Joey, 1981" or something. The point is: I REALLY wish the unit would not discard the directory structure of the photos. Displaying photos in the order they were scanned isn't useful in this case. It only displays them in a semi grouped sequence by virtue of the fact that reals tend to get scanned in groups, but stray photos get found and scanned all the time, so the display order ends up being something semi-random. There's no function to create albums. And even if it did, I don't want to go through the task of creating hundreds of albums. It could just do that automatically with the directory folder it threw out. And ideally the display name should carry the album name instead of "BRN3C2AF4EA2FC4_002165-003.jpg" or what ever the scanner decided to call it.Anyway, that's my gripe for an otherwise descent unit. Points for no hassle boot up, and the sleep function is very nice since they wont have to mess with turning it on and off during the day/night. I'd say my circumstance is unique, but I suspect it's fairly common, so it would be really nice to see these improvements with future units. Thanks!

I love this product. I bought it for my parents when they moved to Florida. My children and I all have the app and can send photos to them while they are away.
