These definitely help with snoring, and it’s great that they have a large size. It doesn’t completely stop snoring but helps. You have to make sure you wash your face properly in the morning otherwise the adhesive residue can cause spots. These stay on nice and help open the airways

Seem to do the job well and comfortable to wear

These strips do help to open up the nasal passages and I find that they stay stuck on all night. They are easy to apply, you just stick them on like a plaster. They have definitely helped me get a better night's sleep. However, I have found that they can irritate my skin on the top of my nose and it can get sore at times. This might be just due to the length of time I wear them, I'm not sure, but I tend to sleep for 10 hours which is probably longer than they are designed to be used for.

I got these hoping for a big improvement in my breathing at night, but honestly, they’re just okay. They do open up my nose slightly, but not as much as I expected, and they don’t make a huge difference in my sleep quality. They stick well and stay on all night, which is good, but removing them can be uncomfortable and leaves a bit of redness. This product (Beige colour) is faulty - the glue on these strips is far too strong. I purchased these for my mum and after using the first one she struggled to remove it and when she finally did it peeled the skin off her nose(!) She has used the clear versions of this brand before and said the glue on those is fine. The pack I received is dangerous and not fit for purpose. Reached out to seller for a return or refund but have so far received no response.

Transformed my sleep at night (from a sceptical buyer). I’ve been suffering with a stuffy nose which seems to be worse at night but as soon as you put the strip on, you breathe so much easier and you really notice the different when you remove it in the morning, instantly back to slightly stuffy and less easy to breathe clearly. The adhesive is super strong so I really don’t understand the reviews saying it fell off in the night. You really have to prize these things off. Perhaps if you have very oily skin but for me it says fixed all night. Not sure im going to ever sleep without these now.
