JUST RIGHT! Not too coarse not too fine..
I have natural nails. When did buying a nail file get sooooo complicated? I always have to look up the numbers and then guesstimate, usually incorrectly. One side of these files shapes my nails nicely. The other side does any needed smoothing. Sturdy. Nice size. I'm happy!

Work well but grit does not last, in my opinion, long enough. Good value for the cost, will buy again.
