The NEXPOW 4000A. It’s an excellent choice for emergency situations. The unit provides reliable power exactly when it’s needed most, it's a life saver. I've used it countless times with no issues at all. I’ve owned several NEXPOW products over the years, and this one is by far my favorite. I purchased my first unit about three years ago, and it’s still working like new—an impressive testament to its durability and quality. The charger delivers ample power and jumps vehicles effortlessly. A full charge allows for multiple jump starts, and the device is both safe and incredibly easy to use. The clamps are really robust, the case feels unbreakable. As a satisfied customer, I would definitely recommend this product without hesitation.

Every car should have one. If your battery's dead, this will get your car started. Stores easy. You can use it to charge a phone or un a computer as well.

I haven't had a chance to test it yet, I’m just providing clarification on specs the listing got wrong. The most frustrating thing about shopping on Amazon is inaccurate or missing technical specs. Up front it almost looks like they have it figured out with a standardized specification table at the top of each listing for this type of product, but as it turns out, those number s are wrong half the time, typical AI generated garbage. It says the capacity rating is “88.8Ah” which doesn’t sound right as that’s what a small car battery has. The manual says “88.8WHrs”, huge difference as Wh =Ah x V. 88.8WHrs for a 4 cell (14.7V nominal) lithium pack comes out to about 6 Ahrs, which is the actual capacity of the internal cells as calculated, but you wont find that listed anywhere. That translates to 17,750mAhrs as a 5V USB battery bank not accounting for some conversion losses, so realistically maybe 16,000mAhrs at best. So this is actually on the low side as far as capacity is concerned. The manual says it’s good for 35 jumps starts even though the picture in the listing says 60. That would be impressive, But I’m a skeptic. It arrived with 75% charge and took a few hours to top of. Just make sure you use a USB charger with a 3A rating as it will overload a 2A charger (not included). Supposedly it also works with 12V charging through USBC but I don’t have a charger that facilitates that. Also note that the 12V output jack is not regulated, so it will actually put out closer to 16.5V when fully charged, though it will likely drop with a high load.

I was so impressed by this jump start pack that I bought 2 for myself, then had my Mom and 2 sisters buy one from their Prime accounts to use a coupon. I “gave” them as part of their Christmas. Right after that my mom had to have an emergency appendectomy, my sister flew up to be with my mom during the surgery. My sister was using my moms car to get something’s for her when out of no where her battery died. It was in a tight garage. My sister was able to very easily and quickly use the Nexpow jump starter to get the car started and where she needed to be(with my mom). If she had not had that it would have been a Major problem!! She would have had to push the car out of the garage to get a jump or called someone to come replace the battery for her, but with a little for thought to have the Nexpow pack it was quick and easy! Thanks Nexpow for saving the day!! I would recommend this brand to any and everyone! I have had other brands and they have not worked as well or started the size of vehicles this has!!

I’ve used this jump starter on multiple vehicles and it hasn’t let me down once. Starts the car quick and has plenty of power left over. I’ve also used it to charge my phone out in the field so I don’t have to leave the engine running, and it worked great for that too. Solid little unit to have around.

I bought this jump starter for my wife who travels a lot for dog shows. At 2200 amps, it had no trouble starting her Ridgeline when the battery registered 11.2 volts and I expect it to work fine in most climates given its operating temperature range of -20 C to ~60 C. The cable lengths are about 11” for the positive and 8.5” for the negative giving a maximum spread of about 13” by the time you actually hook the alligator clips onto the terminals. The alligator clips feel about the same quality as my other jump starter, and I had no issues with their spring tension. The starter came with an 85 percent charge and took about 90 minutes to bring it to 100% using the USB C (5V3A) port. The unit does not come with a charger, so I used my iPad pro charger (the manual states that any charger that supports a USB cable should work fine). There are two other USB ports (both are output only), a USB 3.1 port (5V/3A, 9V2A, 12V/1.5A) that fast charged my Samsung phone, a USB 2.0 port (5V/2.1A), and a DC output (12V/10A) port. The unit comes with a USB B to USB C cable, a “cigarette lighter” adapter, and a nice carrying case. The USB C port can be used in either direction – to charge the jump starter (in) or to charge electronics (out). The LCD screen shows the current charge level when you turn it on, flashes the charging level when the jump starter is charging and shows the volts/amps when the starter is charging your electronics. The flashlight / SOS is about as bright as my phone light but more focused. The user manual needs a little work on the English, but it is passable. Overall, I found the unit of good quality and very versatile.
