I've struggled with sleep problems since I turned 50, that’s why I have been using sleep patches for a while now. I was using a different brand before, but found these on the suggested products so I tried them out. I just stick them on before bed. They only experienced a restful sleep, and no other side effects. The soothing aroma is an added bonus. So far so good, I’m going to keep using them.

This a total waste of money. You need to understand they have no return policy. I question the positive reviews. Seems you have to search to find any negative reviews.

I've learned that sleep aid supplements are hit-or-miss; it really depends on what your body needs.In my case, melatonin is usually a miss, but the other ingredients in this patch, especially magnesium, valerian and l-theanine usually help, so I was curious how it would work out, especially over the delayed release throughout the night.Applying the patch was easy, and I didn't have any issues with it coming off during the night, which was a good first step. I think that it started helping after the 3rd night though. Even though this seems to be primarily a "melatonin and some other things on the side" supplement, the combination seems to be working, albeit it took some nights to kick in. It did not get to the level I would have hoped (I usually monitor my sleep using an Oura ring, and while there was an improvement, it was not what I would have wanted), but it is in the right direction for sure.Overall, I'd say not a bad offering, especially if you are looking for something to keep you asleep.

Wore these for a few nights, I would consider them slightly effective. Definitely more effective than melatonin alone for me.They stick well, not hard to remove, so you might want to stick it to areas where you do not flex it too much overnight. It stayed on for me every night so far.Size is rather large, if that is something to consider. I like that it is a month supply, though about $1 per patch is it rather expensive. You might find stronger medications for much cheaper in your favorite drug store.

If I could give 0 stars I would.....1st the patches do not stay on no matter where I put them...they come right off. SO, I have tried taping them on and they do not help me go to sleep or stay asleep unfortunately. Going to contact Amazon and see if I can return the remaining patches!

These work so good! I’d put one on 30 mins before my bedtime and start feeling sleepy and would forget I put the patch on. Not only do I go to sleep. I stay asleep for a good period of time. When it stop working as well, I’d either add another patch or I’d give it a 3 day break and start again.

Doesn't work. Didn't help me fall to sleep or stay asleep.I would like a refund!
