The handle for the brake hurts my hands. It will be great if they add in the back something to tide and pull luggage. It’s pretty fast, I have to learn how to adjust my hands to hand brake to avoid running people over.

I thought that this was the answer and it was. I just hoped it would be the answer for at least a few years. I bought it September of 2023 it is now June of 2024 and it will not move forward or reverse. Battery is charged everything lights up but it will not engage. There are no warranties I have found in the limited paper work they give you. I have used it probably 15 times. It was great on smooth surfaced but will not go in gravel or grass. Going up any type of incline is almost impossible. It is back to the drawing board for me. Good luck to any one buying this crap.

Love that it is easy to transport and a folds up small to be able to take anywhere. I use it when walking so far is hard for me so it works out well!Comfortable and easy to operate.The light on it is nice and bright for at night.The basket is handy and it comes off to use .It is very quiet and you can’t hear it .Love this purchase!! So glad to have for this. Sure is helpful!

Well all is good so far but I just got it. A basket came with the scooter but it doesn’t fit the scooter so maybe you sent the wrong basket?

I just now opened this item thst I thought would be the answer to my traveling dilemma. Little did I know this was a death trap waiting to happen. Doesn’t take any sort of incline whatsoever unless you’re small in weight. Gets stuck in any kind of pavement other than concrete or level asphalt. Speeds up on a flat surface and quickly accelerates beyond your control. Brakes are crap. They do not stop or hold a stop at all. There’s no instructions on the front light or anything that needs installation. Folded o could not lift it into my van- weighs too much and I’m pretty strong. The danger in this item is the inability for it to balance the rider. I’ve tried to slow it down and control a turn only to almost hit a car. Today I fell in it just going across a parking lot. I would not recommend this for anyone who has mobility issues!

This scooter is just as advertised. I had it out now a few times and am just now putting my first charge on it.Folds easy and stores easy. I plan to use this on my next cruise.

Scooter was ok. Except the light broke in the 1st week. The back tire came flat. Changed the back tire and the new tire also went flat. Definitely not durable or made for long term use. Continuous issues with back tire and seller is not helpful. The issues have been going on since I bought the scooter. Save your money

It was difficult trying to find all of the small tiebacks which kept us from unfolding the scooter. But we finally accomplished the task.
