I go through so many of these all the time. I put it on everything. It enhances the flavor of so many things and I’ve gotten so many of my relatives hooked on using it as well. Give it a try and add it to Thai food and other Asian food, eggs, soups, anything!. You won’t be disappointed.

I spent a lot of time in mainland Japan for work and fell in love with spice. Years later my wife and I visited our kids who were living in Okinawa and found it there as well. It is a wonderful blend of spices that add just the right amount oh heat. This is the brand that can be found on the table at virtually every restaurant in Japan. We keep a bottle in the cabinet and a bottle in the console of our cars.

I am not a fan of chili flakes. imo, too much heat without any real flavor. And, they get stuck in your teeth. This seasoning brings some heat and flavor to pizza and anything else where you want a nice bit of heat.

This has a deeper flavor and more short-lived heat than traditional Cayenne pepper. It's salt-free and enhances everything from soups to popcorn, veggies, Sushi and Musubi. Try coloring outside the box—give this a try. Try your rice with shredded nori and Togorashi on top.

I love this chili pepper mix on my lame homemade stir fry food. I am so basic with soy, garlic, and maybe ginger, so the pepper blend adds some extra flavor. Also awesome on real Japanese dishes and soups, any kind of Asian style cuisine.

I think the price is too high for the amount you get but I love it! I put this on everything almost nightly when I cook dinner. It just add a little kick of flavor that takes a dish up a notch. I add it to plain rice or avocado toast. It blends well with any type of dish I cook. It does not take a lot to spice up but the bottle is so small I tend to go through it fast which makes the value for money not so great.
