If you are asking if the card comes with 100th printed on it, you'd have to contact the manufacturer of the card. If not, that means you have to write it in and yes there are 2 "0"s in 100th.

Q: Having trouble putting the numbers in slots. Any recommendations?

There are flaps under each number that fold vertically. Fold those, then gently wiggle each side into the slot at the top of the cake. Be patient with it; if you go too fast, it could tear. If you're hoping to do two numbers, though, I'm afraid I won't be able to help much... I couldn't figure out how two numbers would work given the available space.
