Completely not working within a week...

At first i was not happy because there was bonding issue between watch and pTron app. Tried several time. But after several attempts only it has bonded and connected. Regarding the functioning, various utilities and sports recordings.. it is simply superb. Even the microphone and speaker both are very good and the voice is heared clearly. Another important and nice aspect is they have given spare rubber strap too which so nice. The very thin needle given was very useful to change the strap as well. In total the watch, dials, various settings esp battery backup.. everything fantastic. For the money given the product is highly satisfactory. The bonding and connecting issue to be solved through software via update is a must to retain the good name of the product. Kudos to pTron and to the team.

The media could not be loaded.  Product is good but the sensors may be a bit weak। The health related details are not accurate as supposed to be। But over all good product at cheap price।Its having some sort of charging issues। Slow charging and easy drain

Have bought this watch in August month and till the end of the August watch battery is draining immidately hence I've raised the ticket on Ptron website and they have asked me to replace the watch in near by gallery. I have submitted the watched on 9th of September and have got replaced watch on 22nd of September. However the replacement watch is not the same one it's different model and they haven't informed me earlier that you will not receive the same watch as the Force watch is discontinued beause of many complaints from other customers also. I personally suggest, please don't purchase this product it's not worth it

I used the watch two weeks , the watch works very well and good condition but the magnetic charger and app are not work well and very bad and the Bluetooth calling was very nice and good the sound quality are amazing...... The magnetic charger was not good 👍

Firstly I loved the metal finish , the watch looks very stylish additionally it has the calling feature too and the speaker volume is loud enough.The box also contains an additional silicone belt which is soft and comfortable.I really liked the watch faces there are a lot of faces to choose from and even the sports mode is helpful.The battery back up is the best feature of the watch and even the heart rate monitor , blood pressure and SpO2 are pretty accurate.Overall this smartwatch is worth the price you pay for, must go for it !

All over the watch is goodBut the way it was delivered "box packing"The sealof the box was brokenThe box was not wrapped with the sheet of plasticThe dial only had a transparent protection on of ptronThe strap did not have any protection on itBy looking at it it seams the product was previously being used and I ordered it and they had to send it to meA dis appointment from a sellerSo instead of 4 Stars I will just give 2Ptron plz look into it

I have been fooled twice upon purchasing ptron products, the watch is not working at all, i have seen any watch this poorly made
