Good water additive
I think this is a good way to get immune support and stay hydrated. It was a bit spicy at the end because of the ginger and it takes a couple of minutes for the Chia seeds to soak.

Slightly irritating to the inside of my mouth when drinking it
I "think" it's the spice content that is doing it. I mixed it with 16oz of water in a glass and stirred it and let it sit for 5 minutes. Taking sips I get this odd slight irritation sensation in the back of my mouth. Maybe I'm more sensitive than other people I'm not sure as I've never tried a drink mix like this before. The flavor is a little light I do get more lemon and some ginger and tumeric. The over abundance of seeds in one packet is unreal lol. I mean it is overflowing even leaving a huge amount settled on the bottom. I'm not sure I'm a huge fan of that either. It's just different sipping a drink so loaded with seeds but wasn't unpleasant.I honestly don't know what to say overall. I sort of like the taste and "could" see sipping it if it was ice cold in my insulated mug at work when it's extremely hot and I need hydration. I can't see myself drinking a lot and finishing off the entire 16oz at once though it's just too much for me. I'm going to keep an eye on reviews for the product people leave and hopefully they might give me alternative options or suggestions for use. I rated it 3 stars based on it being light on flavor, the weird sensation drinking it, and amount of seeds each packet contains. I don't think it's a bad product it just wasn't as enjoyable and flavorful for me personally.

Very tasty drink product if you like the taste of ginger.
I love ginger, so this was a great product for me. Ginger definitely isn't for everyone, but if you like it, then this is a good product for you. I don't really know if it hydrates effectively, but I do like the taste.

Not very palatable
First off, I want to address the consistency since another reviewer commented on that: this product is meant to be dissolved in water. It is clumpy and hard in the package but the dried consistency doesn't really matter since it will dissolve (except the basil seeds). My main issue here is that I don't really like the taste or texture once it dissolves. It is both salty and spicy and the basil seeds are crunchy. Even after they soak for awhile, they continue to be on the hard side. I don't mind chia seeds in water at all so would be fine with that kind of texture. With these, they sink to the bottom of the glass and you're eating them at the end - or not and wasting a portion of the solution. But even if I didn't bother with the layer of seeds at the bottom, I still don't really like the flavor. I'd be fine with just the spicy ginger but the saltiness makes it hard to go down - I know that salt is an important electrolyte and helps hydration but this seems like too much. And I find it irritating that it's labeled as "sea minerals" in the ingredients. All that being said, I will experiment with adding other things to this in order to make it more palatable but I'm definitely not a fan as it stands.

Convenient
Zen Basil Hydrate, Ginger Lemon Tumeric...πPros: Single serving sticks are compact and portable. The sticks are easy to open and easy to add to a water bottle. I love the spices bite of the ginger, the zing of the lemon, and punch of tumeric. No sugar and gluten free is a must and this qualifies!πCons: The drink mix in the stick packets was somewhat hard and I found I had to knead the sticks before. I open them and pour them into my water. I even had to crumble a few of the harder bits with my hand first.π Summary... Overall, I mostly like these. The flavor is quite good, but it does have that typical electrolyte undertone to it. I love how convenient & portable these areππ

Meh. Just ok
I found this mixed into my water easily. Taste of ginger and turmeric. I happen to like both spices. Its got a little kick but doesn't burn my throat and tongue or anything. It is filling. I take them to work. And they help with my missed meals. I don't notice a change in energy. The seeds are very similar to chia. Size and texture wise. My complaint is that the smell of turmeric emanates off my skin and armpits. I have to go do alot of masking and stuff to try and hide the smell. Probably won't be purchasing again due to the bo issue. Not bad not great
