Good product

I ordered this fridge during Amazon Great Indian Sale and got it for Rs. 27,740. Opted for no cost EMI for 18 months 🙂. Got Rs. 1750 instant discount for payment with HDFC Credit Card. Got Rs. 1500 cashback as Amazon Pay Balance (offer on buying this fridge). Also got, Rs. 1250 cashback as Amazon Pay Balance as I made a total purchase of more than Rs. 30,000 with my Card. So I got it for equivalent price of Rs. 24,990 😉Now, coming to the product it's build quality is good, but can be better. Please note, there is no key in this 340 litre model, so something to note while buying. As I don't need a lock so went ahead (even Samsung don't have lock for this capacity model). There is tungsten lighting in the fridge (Whirlpool could have upgraded this to LED) and there is no lighting in freezer. Power consumption is 207 units per year which is at par with other fridge in this capacity. There is side handle for opening, this would have been better if it was front facing (like the one we have for 3 door Whirlpool fridges). Also the power cable could have been longer. Cooling is good and I did not face any issue till now, but it's too early to tell, let's see. Will update on this after 2-3 months of usage.Overall, I am satisfied with this fridge. We previuosly had Whirlpool single door fridge which is too small to store food so we decided to buy this one. I would recommend this fridge to anyone. Hope this helps 🙂👍🏻

I purchased this product on 13-10-2022 this product is trouble with cooling problem I tried somaney times but they don't solve my problem service is very poor

Overall good refrigerator, rating 5 for the product. Amazon delivery was really good and flawless, there is ample storage space for food requirement for family of four.Don't get influenced by negative reviews as I was bit doubtful due to that.The refrigerator is really great, cooling is superb, there are different modes of cooling for different food types. The built quality is good but not premium, though the doors body texture is very good.The performance of refrigerator is just awesome, the freshness of fruits and vegetables are well maintained, it retains the moisture of food with its technology, resulting into fresh food maintenance for days with the quality same as that of fresh food.Automatic cooling feature is great as it maintains the cooling basis the food load and type of food storedHighly recommend if are looking for refrigerator of 300L to 340L capacity

Worst refrigerator, 3 times service in a single month and for 4th time it was not working, don't even choose whirlpool service is too worse 😕

On 18th April 2024,I ordered this refrigerator from Amazon. On 21st April 2024 this product was delivered to me. Only after after couple of days, i made a complaint that it is not cooling properly. Subsequently on 3rd May 2024 I got another refrigerator of the same model delivered to me as replacement.Even the replaced refrigerator had the cooling problem. The Whirlpool technician came and cited of gas leakage problem in the replaced refrigerator. Thereafter the Whirlpool service centre took the refrigerator for repair on 9th June 2024. Since then whenever I've called the service centre no response has been forthcoming. Ever since I've purchased this refrigerator, I've not been able enjoy is utility. The Amazon has washed off its hand by saying that I've already got a replacement. So what a customer is supposed to do if one recieved even the replacement as defective item? Ultimately my family is suffering in this hot summer.

The food storage is good but could have been better. They use lot of space for freezer which is not required and unused most of the time.Also its not convertible. You can increase decrease the temperature but can't convert the freezer to fridge as in other models of Samsung or LG.Installation guy knows nothing would tell you something that you would already know or can do it on your own. So don't wait for him to start using the product. He will try to sell you the voltage stabilizer thats it. Not sure if you need it or not.Update aftet 3 months: it stopped cooling all of a sudden and the fan motor was not working. Though the technician came and replaced it but this shouldn't be happening in the first place. Due to this is had to spend extra 5999 to buy extended warranty as the normal warranty is only for 1 yr.
