I wish I would have bought this a long time ago. It really works! I could hear so much better after just using it once, I had to turn the volume down on my devices! I didn't even realize how much my hearing was blocked until I could hear again. My ears also feel so much better. I was a bit concerned about shooting the water in my ear, but honestly, I usually used qtips after taking a shower, but when I use this, my ears just feel clean and I don't feel like I need to follow up with Q-Tips.It is also so easy to use. It charges super fast, holds a charge well, and is very portable. I like not having to have it plugged in while using it. I also like the different modes, so I can adjust the power of the spray. Once you find the power level you like, you just use that, and it maintains a steady flow. It is so much easier than trying to use those kits with the squeeze bulbs. It actually feels good when using warm water.

I've purchased ear wax removal kits from big box retailers that use carbamide peroxide and also ear candles. While those seem to work, after a while, this product removed all wax within a matter of seconds!I never felt like my ears were completely clean with the carbamide peroxide system and even less so with ear candles. I was always left wondering if I got everything out. But with this I felt like my ears were completely clean and without the use of chemicals or fire!I also love that I can do this while in the shower (instead of laying down on one side, trying not to let the carbamide peroxide drip out or burning letting an ear candle burn for 20 minutes. It's so easy and convenient, now I can keep on top of build up from happening!My 5 year old unfortunately inherited my waxy ears so I also use it on him (on the lowest setting) and he loves it!I love it and would definitely recommend to anyone that wants to keep their ears clean. Definitely worth the investment! In the long run it will probably save money when I add up all the other products I've purchased in the past and would purchase in the future.

To the reviewers saying it didn’t come with multiple tips, they are taped underneath the plastic tray. Indeed, very hidden.I have a deformed ear canal so I had to make annual trips to the ENT doctor to get my built-up wax flushed out, and I wish I had found this device sooner, as it would have saved me a lot of money and gas.Instructions are clear, it didn’t take too long to charge and most importantly, got chunks of ear wax out of my ears. The actual cleaning process is loud and not the most pleasant experience, but what do you expect when shooting water into your ears? It’s part of the process. Side note: It is important to use warm water.

I find thorough cleaning of my ears periodically of ear wax buildup every other month helpful.Note that my package did not contain multiple replacement ear tips as shown in the photos. But that wasn't a deal breaker for me. Must charge unit completely prior to use.I used an Ear Wax Softener in ear (per product instructions) prior to using Power Wash. Filled unit's reservoir with 20% hydrogen peroxide (by volume) and the rest with water. Unit worked well and cleaned ears, but found unit is very loud in ear when water is exhausted.After usage I found three rubber type plugs in bottom of unit's water reservoir at bottom. Believe rubber plugs are to protect upper motor/battery compartment assembly screws from moisture collection, but don't really know. I dried unit and replaced the plugs over screws.Think I'm going to return unit for refund!
