I purchased this for my mother who is in her 90’s. She produces excessive ear wax which is a real problem with her hearing aids. It’s difficult to take her in to have her ears cleaned professionally, more so since she needs them cleaned so often. I was pleasantly surprised with how easy this was to use. I have used a regular spray bottle type ear cleaner which was very uncomfortable for my mom, wasn’t effective and she would get her clothes wet every time. This powdered ear wax remover is so much better and well worth the price. I have also used it on myself and really liked it. The warm water is so comfortable and it’s an easy process to wash out wax. I would definitely buy again.

I was a little leery of this product at first. As someone with continual tinnitus issues, my ears are very sensitive. I know every time I use a q-tip to clean my ears I'm pushing wax farther down my ear canal which eventually leads to a trip to the redicare clinic for an ear cleaning.This product has been wonderful since I started using it last month. Not only does it physically feel good to use, but so far I can tell it does a great job of eliminating the ear wax buildup that a simple q-tip can't accomplish.

As a unit it does seem to work very well, but there's a couple of things that I don't like about it. Having said that, I will still be using this unit.Pros. It works as described, and it seems to work very well.Cons. 1/ I have to wear glasses and with the glasses off everything close range is very blurry. The On / Off buttons are the same colour as the unit. In the shower it was almost impossible for me to find the buttons. All that is really needed is for the On / Off - Up / Down adjustment buttons to be "White" or at least a different colour to the main unit.2/ On it's highest setting it is very loud when in the ear cannel. It was almost as loud as a Hawkwind concert! Sounded similar as well. :)3/ It's a shame that the unit does not stop automatically when it runs out of water. In the shower it's hard to know when this happens.In closing. The device itself does work very well. Next time I'm going to try it over the sink, which will help with "Cons" 1 and 3.

It's 1 star since I can't use it yet. You need a USB-C Cable which I don't happen to have on hand. This is like at Christmas when your uncle bought you a remote control car with batteries not included so you couldn't use the thing. I thought that concept died many years ago because it irritated consumers. Apparently someone thought it would be fun to bring it back. Thanks for that. The thing is $54. Who would think there wouldn't be the necessary cables. Even still, charge me an extra $5 for the cable! Good grief.Edit: I got a USB-C cable and charged it up. It's got a complicated on/off switch. You have to tap some unknown amount of times. It kinda clears the wax out. The wax could just be me. This has been a problem my whole life. I'm still subtracting two stars for the missing cable and unneccessarily complicated on/off switch.

I was really cautious about putting anything near my ears! But I went swimming one day, and then walked around for 4 days with my ears blocked up with water and wax, and feeling like I was still underwater without being able to hear well. I made an appointment with my nurse practitioner, but when they gave me an appt a week away, I decided to try this device. It had been recommended to me by a friend who had used it successfully. I followed the instructions scrupulously, set the power setting at low and then increased it slowly to about halfway, and it worked! It took two treatments for one ear, and I did pretreat with ear wax softening drops. I would second the recommendation of others to not use water that is TOO hot. It is an unusual, but not unpleasant, sensation when you first send the water stream into your ear, and I DID notice mild dizziness with one ear in particular, but I was prepared for it and made sure I couldn't fall when I used the device in the shower. It was amazing when I finished and my ears were completely unblocked, and I could hear clearly and normally again. It's amazing how dispiriting a small amount of blockage can be, and such a relief that this device worked.
