Worked just as described.

Easy to install.

Makes a unsettling rattling noise. Wasted a technicians time making a service call to see if something was wrong with my mini split, only to be told that this hanger is not made well, was rattling and was the cause of all the noise. Other than it rattling it seems to be holding up well, will update later if not.

Two major issues with these brackets:1) The brackets do not form a 90 degree angle and they are off by a lot as can be seen in the picture against a square. They are off by over half inch / close to 3/4". Hence the Condenser will be tilted significantly and appear as amateurish installation. Both brackets are off. It sounds like someone was sleeping in the Quality Control Department. If you are in cold climate, the tilt could cause incorrect draining and other issues since the drainage is designed with a level installation in mind. This could cause other headaches down the road.2) The included hardware is of poor quality specifically the expanding bolts for concrete/stucco installation. This hardware does not tighten up making the installation extremely dangerous and possibly very expensive if your unit falls. In my case I am installing the unit at 9 feet from the ground and this bracket with the existing hardware would be extremely unsafe and literally could kill someone if the 60 lb condenser was to fall from that height on someone below. What is even worse is that removing the bolts out of the stucco is literally impossible so you are stuck between a rock and a hard place: You can neither tighten them nor remove them. I will need to cut them off with a grinder and it certainly will leave an eyesore. The removal of these brackets due to the bad hardware took me 5 times longer than it did to install them (including drilling into the stucco). It is literally a 2 hour job to remove. Furthermore, I will now need to move the install location away from my original location since you should not have holes in concrete or stucco in close proximity to one another. Plus you will need to water proof the location of the holes and then try and match the paint. Overall this has been a major hassle due to lousy hardware included. I will research a replacement brand but likely will throw out the included hardware any buy better quality concrete bolts at the local storeAnother somewhat minor issue is that the nuts for mounting the condenser are regular nuts as opposed to locking nuts (with the nylock). If this is installed at low levels, maybe this will be acceptable but in my case that is downright dangerous as Nuts can loosen up because of the fan vibrations. Of course you can buy some matching Nylock locknuts at the hardware store but that is a hassle. Regardless, the two major flaws mentioned above make this a no go for meIf you are installing this onto a wood structure then maybe this product is good enough assuming you are OK with the tilt in which case I would rate it 3 stars (-2 for the tilt and non locking nuts). But if you plan to install on concrete or stucco, I would strongly recommend against this product and would give it a 1 star rating. Averaging these two I gave it a 2. I will be sending this back to Amazon
