Very good

I have purchased 12 fans of these, every week one or the fans keeps stopping and functioning, service centre is providing timely service. Their head service in-charge creating innovative ways to delay the service. Its been hardly 3 months and out of 12 fans that i got, 8 of them have issues like noise, clicking sound and sudden stoppage with weird beeps and nonfunctional, very poor quality and service. Don't waste your time and energy with this product and their team. there is no option of zero star or blacklisting their product. Never again crompton for sure. I plan to replace all fans with a different brand in coming months as I cannot keep making calls and raising tickets for service, as they close the tickets and service calls without actually doing the work. Also they do not have replacement parts readily available for service. It takes more than 30 days for arrangement of parts for service. BIG NO Crompton going ahead.

This BLDC fan is fantastic. The air delivery is powerful, and it runs incredibly quietly. The remote control works perfectly from any angle in the room. Plus, being a BLDC motor, it’s highly energy-efficient. Highly recommended if you want to upgrade your home comfort

I bought this item in September 25, In July 26 (less than 1 year) the unit stopped functioning. I reported this to Crompton Customer care, but no action, no response for a week. Still waiting. Don't know when this will be attended. Very poor and slow Customer Care.

Crompton — Extremely Disappointing Product Quality & Service I purchased a Crompton fan just 2–3 months ago, and it has been used barely 4–5 times. Despite such minimal usage, the fan suddenly started sparking and completely stopped working. I contacted Crompton service, and the technician inspected it and claimed that the PCB had failed, while immediately stating that it was not covered under warranty, allegedly because of “high voltage.” This explanation is completely unacceptable. None of the other electrical appliances in my home were affected, and I have 5 Crompton fans, yet only this particular fan developed this issue. If there was genuinely a high-voltage problem, why was only this one fan affected? When I questioned the technician about this, he simply refused to consider my claim and said the company would not replace it. A fan that is barely a few months old and has been used only a handful of times should not be developing a major PCB failure, and customers should not be dismissed with vague excuses without proper investigation. Crompton needs to take responsibility for its product quality and provide a proper resolution instead of simply rejecting the complaint. I expect the company to investigate this case properly and replace/repair the defective fan under warranty. @Crompton — Please respond publicly and explain why a barely used fan failed within 2–3 months and why my warranty claim was rejected without a satisfactory technical explanation. Extremely disappointed with both the product reliability and the after-sales service.

Once switching ON the fan just press OFF button and at next moment press 1 button for about 10-Sec in the remote, you will hear beep sound from fan indicating that fan and remote are paired with each other. Remote Control allows to adjust the speed and turn the fan ON/OFF without getting up, It’s a small feature, but it makes a big difference in daily use. Amazon Service: Amazon’s delivery service was top-notch. The fan arrived on time, well-packaged, and in perfect condition. Customer Service: I had not go for Customer Service, but to my knowledge a minor query about installation is need, and support team will quick to respond and very helpful. Overall, it is recommend to buy this Crompton Energion Hyperjet 1200mm BLDC Ceiling Fan for anyone looking for a reliable, efficient ceiling fan.

Not worth for the money except the remote use. Very noisy and unwanted click sound always. You feel like you are in ICU with oxygen support. Similar beep sound
