Close the container and let it sit at a room temperature 77℉ (25℃ ) for 3-4 days.Stir it twice a day, morning and evening. To prevent the mixture from brimming over, keep the lid loose. 3.After 3-4 days of fermentation, the mixture will form separate layers. This means the fermentation process is completed 4. Keep the liquor in the refrigerator.
