14.5 inches wide at the top, not 16
Seems like a nice basket. I wanted to put a 15inch wide pot inside it and it doesn't stretch to 15 inches. Just an fyi.

Holds 3 yoga mats + foam roller
All of my yoga mats are “pro” (so they are thick) but I bet if I rolled my travel mat, it could squeeze in here too. You can easily fit four yoga mats.

Not impressed
Not sturdy at all. The strape to pick it up broke almost immediately and it is very flimsy. I dont think it was worth the money spent on it.

Cute but..
Cute but it never recovered from how it came in the packaging. It came folded in half and ever since, no matter how many clothes I stuff into it - the indent is still there. The indent causes it to be tilted and it does not stand up on its own.

Great for keeping kids room tidy!
The rope is thick and stands up straight without flopping over. We use it to warehouse stuffies, and keeps the kid’s room tidy.The riveted leather handles are probably the weak link if using for toting heavy laundry, despite reinforcing stitching around the handle attachment point, but for low weight hauling needs they look nice.The creases from shipping can be steamed out, but looks fine after being stuffed for a while.
