Brew tea for your life
I love tea and the idea of makig my own blends is intriguing. This is a 3 book collection where each book looks at a different topic. Book 1 looks at how to brew tea and the equipment you will need to do that. There are also insturctions on how to store tea to maintain freshness. My favorite part was the section on creating your own tea blends. Book 2 is the recipe book. Here you find tea blends with a purpose. There are ones for certain organ systems, ones for sleep/rest, and ones for weight loss. They are sorted by purpose, so you can go right to the area you need. Book 3 is focused on growing your own tea garden. This is also a fascinating topic. Here you learn what plants to cultivate, how to do that, and all you will need to do it. Overeall, I found this book very interesting and I learned a lot.

Awesome for Tea Lovers!
As a tea lover, I really liked the idea of being able to use teas to boost my health but didn't know where to start. This book was a great place! This is probably not the most in-depth look at herbal tea and how to use it for natural wellness, but it is a nice resource for beginners looking for a crash course. Overall, I am glad I purchased and would recommend to others.

Interesting tea recipes
It definitely takes some critical thinking skills to use this book. You sort of have to read between the lines to understand what they’re trying to say - either they relied too heavily on a thesaurus, or it was badly translated from different language than English. The recipes are interesting, though, and it gives a lot of information about teas and teapot selections that I didn’t previously know. It could be a useful book.

Badly-written recipe book
I was really hoping to get more out of this book aside from just recipes- for example, what the different herbs in each recipe did, potential interactions to be aware of, etc. For the price I was expecting more. There is also blatant misinformation on page 9. "Because tea doesn't contain caffeine, it makes a far superior alternative to coffee." Tea (Camellia sinensis) absolutely contains caffeine! In lower amounts than coffee yes, but to state that there isn't any at all in a book *about* tea is inexcusable. If I wasn't outside the window of return I would absolutely be sending this book back.

Seasonal Sips
The seasonal approach to herbal teas in this collection is unique and practical, I really appreciated that the recipes are tailored to the body's needs throughout the year. The section on detoxifying the system is especially relevant in today's world and offers natural ways to cleanse the body. I recommend it

Jazzy cover but photocopy sheets inside. Not worth it.
To be totally honest. For the cost of the book. I felt like you probably could have added some colored photos of the flowers/tea.This seemed more Like a kids arts and crafts project and they were learning how to use a photocopyingredient machine..Photocopied sheets with a "shiny" cover.Personally I'm just disappointed

Herbal teas for drinking pleasure and good health
I really enjoyed this book and it made me discover how easy and fun it is to create tasty, customised herbal teas for both drinking pleasure and health, giving my body exactly what it needs. I am also following the instructions to create my own small garden and I am growing black, green and white tea, reading this book was interesting and very informative.

Filled with Errors. Returning this one.
I really don’t trust a book that is filled with so many grammatical errors, formatting errors and typos. Back it goes. Disappointing.
