Work well but run a little warm.
work well in my Ubiquiti setup, but do run a bit warm. I think its a nature of all rj45 modules but these are lower voltage so they are a bit cooler.

Doubled cable network speed with Ubiquity UDMSE
Works great in my Ubiquiti UDMSE. Doubled the speed of my network and turned my not so stable cable network into an 800-1k Mb/sec workhorse

Connect 10G to my switch
My latest system has a 10G network card. I added 2 10G cards to 2 of my other computers. These work good for connecting the standard ethernet cable to the 10G ports on my switch.

Wanna go fast?
Purchase: Nov 2023 Great SFP and it does push 10Gig. As other have mentioned, these do get hot. Even with the heat, the transceiver still hits 10 Gig speeds reliably for over a year now. If it works it works, I can't complain. Update: 10/17/2025 Still working great. I got these as a pair for my home lab and installed them onto a TRENDnet TEG-3102WS switch going to a 10 GiB NIC. Still zero issues. I recently put some passive heatsinks onto the transceivers, did that a couple days ago. Not that I had any heat related problems. I know I mentioned these heat up but it hasn't caused any issues as of yet. I'm mainly doing it for peace of mind. Now I'm shopping around for more heatsinks and I thought I would update my review. Photo is showcasing the heatsinks and temps.

Seemed high quality, but maybe not compatible with Ubiquity? Worth a shot for the great price
I am not exactly sure how to rate this. Seemed to be high quality, but I couldn't get it to work for me in my Ubiquity USW Pro Max 16 PoE. It could have been my fault, or maybe the fault of the other switch I was connecting it to, but the switch didn't seem to see it. I figured for home use, I'd just return this and be happy with the 2.5g I could get with a regular CAT6.. It may not be fair to deduct a star because I'm not sure it wasn't my fault, but the switch didn't even seem to see the module (ie: wouldn't even let me configure the port) so I think it may have been bad..

Nice when using a 10G Ethernet capable NAS
I have a 10 disk Asustor NAS that has two 10GB ports. My main Ethernet switch has two SFP slots and I was able to use the 10G ports on my NAS instead of the other 2.5G ports. The rest of my hose is wired in 2.5G Ethernet so that is the speed limit for any connection to the NAS, but I have multiple computers that work with the NAS, so the throughput from any computer to the NAS is not delayed since the connection from my switch to the NAS is faster.

Worked for a few hours until it didn't
Worked for a few hours, then the network dropped despite showing online. checked all network settings in my Unifi setup. everything was still good. Pulled the SFP and reseated. still no connection. I removed this SFP and used my old one, back up and running. I suspected it was overheating so I added a heatsink and fan. It ran for a few hours then failed again. Returning so buy higher quality items.

Great surprise
Capable of full 10g when linked via cat 5e! Link and speed test across ~60ft builders grade 5e saw a 10g link and speed test to q1000k confirmed. Very surprised but do terminate the 5e with the wind right to the last possible insertion point.

Broke after a few months, emailed them about warranty, they did not respond. DO NOT BUY IF YOU EXPECT A WARRANTY! The product itself is poor quality and failed very quickly, it doesn't even light up now if you plug it in.

Fonctionne très bien. Dans ce test (W11, appli speedtest), il y en avait 3 sollicités (un dans la carte réseau, 2 autres dans un switch avant de rejoindre la prise RJ45 10Gbits de la box

No idea cause it doesn't work properly for TP-Link TX401-also bought from Amazon. The main thing I dislike is the image shown 2x adapter, I can't remember if the (pack of one) is stated when I bought it but I was expecting 2 pieces. I would never buy from these type of dirty tactic product again.
