UBBRANDS customer service is awesome!
I first rated this as a 1 because I received my order damaged, and I had no response to my request earlier but then I noticed a phone number to the seller. I called and spoke to a very nice representative who assisted me with my problem. Only 1 out of 5 items was open and needed replaced. So, Stephanie the rep went to shipping while I was on the phone and came back to let me know they are shipping out a replacement of the damaged item. Thank you so much for being an awesome person Stephanie.
