I've been purchasing stuff from Amazon for YEARS. I think this is one of the VERY few reviews I've written. This Ab Crunch Total Body Workout is a TOTAL GAME CHANGER! I am 49 years old and have never been much into fitness however now that I'm getting older, I really want to take better care of myself. I started using this ab cruncher everyday for 20 minutes and wow, I am feeling a difference. You literally can work out EVERY PART OF YOUR BODY! In fact, I also purchased a stair stepper and am planning to return it because I don't need it. If you are considering purchasing this, do it. You can't beat the price, especially for what you get in return. And to top it off, it's super easy to store because it lays flat! Extremely happy with my purchase!

This machine is awful. Can not use. No resistance band. I wanted this machine so bad. The reviews was great. The video they showed hype it up. . Very disappointed. No way you can use this machine. No instructions to setup. No sprang action, so do not know how the people in the video was doing any of those exercises. Only thing in box was machine. No instructions, no resistance band and no DVD. Very disappointed. Can not Google how to setup. Did not want to give it one star.

I bought this to motivate myself to lose some belly fat. It’s easy to put together and use. It’s not the most comfortable for my back and butt. I have to put something down for more cushion but I like the product. Haven’t used it much but look forward to using it again when I try to lose my fat again. It’s durable and sturdy.

The wife found this and we bought it, simple enough to assemble, I had my doubts about the quality but after a week of us both using it 100 reps before work it has held up better than expected, it makes sit ups assisted so while not as beneficial as regular sit ups and crunches it's better than not doing any . You can do more than sit ups apparently but neither my wife nor I are coordinated enough to figure it out . So far so good.

This is such a great product and if you struggle with doing crunches, then this is a great thing to get! It was very easy to use, and understand the instructions. I saw some reviews about it being hard to set up, the pins not working, but I don’t know what they are talking about. All you have to do is just pull on the pin and it comes right out, and to get it in, just push on it. You don’t even need to push that button that is on the pin. I also see reviews about no dvd, no work outs, but it shows some workouts you can do on the instruction sheet. I didn’t get a dvd like it said, but maybe the “dvd” is the other card that comes with this that says “bend. Simple, daily stretch routines” which is an app and this card gives you a 70% off with a referral code. But I don’t care about the dvd or that app, I am loving this product to even just do crunches with and that is the main reason I got it because I’m not good at crunches.

Does what it says. Many different workouts all in one with the privacy of your home. I mainly use for sit-ups while on phone therefore getting more in by keeping your mind occupied with conversation, easy to use and you will feel and see results. Value, design and quality excellent.
