Stopped wworking after a few uses
It worked great at first. The ratcheting mechanism wore out very quickly and now doesn't hold pressure.It's pretty much useless. The return window has expired, so I guess I will have to fabricate a replacement part using better steel.Don't waste your money on this unless you want to make your own replacement parts to keep it working.Edit: The spring for the ratchet was too weak, I replaced it with a stronger spring and now it works fine.

Tight Fit
I am a jerky making machine. Stainless steel looks good and clean up is easy enough. My attachment where jerky comes is hard to attach. The flange is too large and I have to try multiple times to get the screw top and attachment to fit properly. I do a lot of wiggling and adjusting to get attachment to sit properly.
