As an author, I like things to be easy so I can focus on writing. This little printer has made printing shipping labels so easy and I don't have to worry about purchasing ink which is even better. I was nervous about the setup but everything was step up in a matter of minutes.

Its not perfect but it is affordable and easy to use! Works with whatever thermal label paper. The app is not perfect, but it works well enough and is easy to learn and navigate. Upload your PDFs and print in batches. The quality of the print is good, it prints quickly, and connects to the app via Bluetooth easily. It comes with a cord as well, if you want to use it plugged in.

This printer is so versatile- I can make stickers for an event, stickers to label things around the house or print a shipping label! The smaller or thinner designs tend to print a little more pixel-y. The software you download to use it is pretty good! You can make QR codes, upload logos, and batch print. Another amazing pro is the speed. I can print 100 stickers in about a minute or two. The most major pro of all- no ink. I've had a couple smaller printers over the years and ultimately, expensive ink and paper has always lead me to abandon them. The sticker rolls are $10-$40 for like 500 and that's the only thing to pay for after the printer! I purchased the roll stand for $10 which I highly recommend for proper printing and minimal jams. Jams are also pretty easy to fix on this printer!

I sell on EBay Vinted, Depop, Poshmark, and Mercari and this printer works well for all of those apps. It worked really well with my android, but when I switched to an Apple phone, it doesn’t stay connected to my phone, so I have to reconnect every time, which isn’t a big deal but takes 90 seconds. The distance that I can print at also reduced greatly, I now need to be in the next room, where’s with my android I could print from anywhere in my house.

For how pricey this product is, you’d think it would be great. I’ve used it a handful of times each month since I received it, so only 4 months old. Right out of the box, on first use, the stickers never aligned properly. I’m using it for personal use, so I didn’t care so much. But if I was using for business, I’d never be able to use it, just based on that alone. If you watch my video, you can see how the border of the thermal print is no longer printing correctly. And the print itself is slowly getting worse, more spotty. The app you use to print is very easy to use, user friendly, and has a lot of ideas and print icons built in that is really helpful. It feels like it has so much potential, it feels quality built, but I think I got a dud, and I’m too far out of the return/refund timeline at this point. The performance over time is degrading, unfortunately. Update 6/8/24: The company reached out after this review and had the BEST customer service. They really were amazing and wanted to make things right. They tried asking me some questions to see if we could troubleshoot the issues. Unfortunately, it really did seem like it was the printer. They offered me a refund or have a new printer sent out. I really do need a printer, so I asked for a new printer to be sent out. Their packaging is great, it came secure, and they were so nice enough to send extra 2” round stickers, as well has shipping sized labels. That was so kind! Unfortunately, after hooking up the new printer, it also doesn’t work, but in a different way. Instead of having alignment and printing issues like the first printer, I can’t even get it far enough to print, it won’t align at all once the paper is inserted. It just kicks out 3 extra blank stickers, stops midway through a sticker, and then there’s an error message that gets sent to the app to fix the issue. After trying several times, I can only determine that, though the customer service has been extraordinary, they seem like a wonderful company, the product itself simply just doesn’t work. So sorry! I really wanted to be able to come back to the review with a better update with glowing things to say about how the problem was resolved, but I can’t. Again, amazing company, poor product. Thank you though for trying!
